Home & household items vary by material, size, and shipping method. This policy is designed to be fair, clear, and fast—especially when something arrives damaged or incorrect.

1) What Can Be Returned
A return can be approved only if all conditions are met:
- Request submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Item is unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition
- Original packaging is included
- All components are included (boxes, inserts, manuals, accessories, spare parts, protective films, hardware/screws where applicable)
- You provide proof of purchase (order number/receipt)
We may decline returns that show use/installation, missing parts, damaged packaging that prevents resale, or items that are meant to be sealed where the seal has been broken.
2) What We Can’t Accept
Returns/refunds are not available for:
- Used, washed, or installed items
- Hygiene-sensitive items once opened/used (e.g., bedding, pillows, towels, personal-care household items) where applicable
- Items marked Final Sale / Non-returnable
- Gift cards
- Free gifts or promotional add-ons
- Issues caused by misuse, improper installation, improper storage/handling, or normal wear/aging
- Clearance items where stated as non-returnable
3) If Something Arrives Wrong
If your delivery is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos/videos of:
- the product
- inner packaging
- outer shipping carton
- shipping label
After review, we’ll choose the most practical fix: replacement, replacement parts (if applicable), or a refund (depending on case and inventory).
4) How to Request a Return

- Reason for return
- Photos (recommended; required if damage/defect)
Packages sent without approval may be refused.
5) Shipping Costs & Responsibility
- If the return is not due to our mistake, return shipping is paid by the customer.
- If the issue is our error (wrong item / verified defect / damage on arrival), we’ll handle it according to the case.
- Use trackable shipping.
- We aren’t responsible for return parcels lost or delayed by the carrier.
6) Refund Method & Timing
Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
If approved:
- Refund goes to the original payment method
- Expect 5–10 business days to appear (bank/provider timing varies)
- Original shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable, except when the issue is caused by our error
7) Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges right now.
If you want a different item:
- Return the eligible item (if approved) for a refund
- Place a new order

Before contacting us, please check:
- Your bank account/payment app again
- Your card issuer posting time
- Your bank processing time

9) Order Cancellations
- If your order has not shipped, we may be able to cancel it.
- If your order has shipped, it must follow the return process (if eligible).
10) Return Instructions & Return Address
We’ll send the return instructions after approval (packaging requirements, label options, and the correct return address if needed).
